One of the young women counselors saw this cute idea for Temple Hair Ties on a Facebook group and asked me to help her put them together.  They turned out fantastically! You will need scissors, Fold Over Elastic — I got mine at Amazon, some cardstock — I got this at WalMart, and my printable — available below.  The cards measure just over 2.75 inches wide and 4 inches tall. …

I made these light the world labels to be glued on one of those chocolate advent calendars from IKEA. Each square is 1.2 inches and has one of the challenges from the Light the World campaign that young women could perform on it.  We made these during young women class.  It took me 3 minutes to make at home.  It took the young women less than 10.

I made handouts for the bishopric to use when they issue calls to new class presidency members a few months ago, and so I decided to make Young Women Presidency leadership training handouts for adult young women leaders at the same time.  It has helped me focus in on my responsibilities as young women president and helped me understand the duties of my secretary and counselors.  Ideally, these handouts will be passed…

I made these handouts for the bishopric to use when they issue calls to new young women class presidency members.  We have found that often class presidencies and parents do not understand the expectations for their calling, so I created these files to help young women and parents understand what their assignment entails. There are three Class Presidency Leadership Training Handouts, each describing one of the callings: class president, class…

Here’s the 2018 Mutual Theme logo I designed a month ago!  I love it!  It’s got the four main topics from the mutual theme in a symbol form that you can use on t-shirts, water bottles, invitations, etc.  As I’ve done for the past few years, this mutual theme logo is free for you to use on any item you will sell or make, as long as you leave the…

Our ward held a combination leadership/planning meeting last Sunday before Conference.  This handout contains some of the information that we discussed during our training.  Plan an amazing mutual activity with these tips.  Your activity does not need to match all of these items, but it Purposeful Planning: Amazing Mutual Activities Ministering Who in our class needs help or support? How can we include everyone in this activity? Administering Do we have…

Jenny, Here are some handout things to help YW leaders to encourage their girls to work on Personal Progress weekly.  I used the suggested Personal Progress goal from the Resource Guide the church publishes on lds.org…. most lessons have a personal progress goal that will correlate with the topic but a few don’t…So if I’m missing a lesson that is why, also I started with the the lesson my ward…

teach the Beehives.  (I am a photographer that also teaches photoshop). I will try to upload handouts occasionally. I love the ideas on your website. I go to it every Sunday. I release all copyrights to these bookmarks for 2008 Lesson 30 or for anything to do with scripture study lessons. I design most of my own church handouts and will try to upload them occasionally. YW “money” can be used for various activities. I designed it for a cake decorating activity where the YW had to “purchase” their supplies. You could also use the money for other things like, when a YW finishes a Personal Progress Goal, she can receive “money” to save up for a treat or something.
