Hello Sister Smith, Here are some handouts I truly enjoyed digi-scrapping for my Laurels. I hope you and many others will be able to enjoy and make use of them as well. I usually simply send them to the 1 hour photo to develop, and viola! I’m grateful for your website, and the amazing help it’s been to me. Thank You, Sister Irene G

I recently saw a post on By Common Consent where a Church member had created some alternate Young Women posters with quotes from a variety of different female leaders. I liked the idea — a lot — and I appreciated her thoughts on the cute-ifying of YW activities. However, I was disappointed that of the 16 posters, only 5 had quotes from LDS women. I’m sometimes annoyed when we behave…
This is the banner that goes with the February Sharing Time Week 4 for 2011. It could be adapted for FHE very easily. Prepare a large piece of paper in the shape of a banner for each class. Write on each banner “I will follow God’s plan by . . .” Explain that Heavenly Father’s plan gives us freedom to choose right or wrong, and what we choose to do…
Our personal progress classroom temple banners fit on four pages or less. I created them to be used at New beginnings or when you are focusing on a particular value during the month; however, you’ll find lots of uses for them at camp and other activities, I’m sure. Simply print out the pages, align the overlap, and tape for a beautiful classroom poster! Enjoy! Sample image:
As of late, I have become ga ga for vintage floral patterns. There is something just pretty and sweet about them. I decided to create the YW values with pretty florals. I plan on printing them off (enlarged copies) and posting them in the YW room for decoration. Feel free to use in your young womens and share! Here is Trudy’s description of this handout: For this lesson I made chocolate chip cookies to give out at the end. This is a worksheet for YW Lesson 24 from Young Women Manuel 3. You can use this in the lesson to either have the YW complete individually or as a group. The pictures were found in Yahoo Pictures and the format of the table is out of the lesson.
