As you know, I have very strong feelings about those mini type of kits. :)
Here are links to some of the “in a can” type kits:

I suppose having *something* is better than nothing, but I really do think we can supply our families with adequate nutrition with minimal inconvenience….. Please let us know how your demonstration goes.
I also have 72 hour kit information here:

and for everything 72 hour kit related, go here:

That’s a hard one…. Your best bet is to select a portion of the text, put it in the search engine at lds.org in quotes (“”) to see if you can locate the sources. Good luck!

This page is broken. Hopefully I can get it fixed. Or at least updated with the new system. Soon the help pages will have the new clipart, object lessons, and other information….
It’s coming. Please be patient!

I don’t know of any … but your Relief Society president or Stake RS president will have information that can help you choose an appropriate style. I think there’s lots of lee way. Many dress patterns could be altered easily to suit temple requirements.

http://www.lightplanet.com/mormons/conf … _Women.htm – I personally prefer this one b/c it has several quotes on Womanhood instead of Motherhood. Mother’s Day is a very difficult day for many of our sisters and great care should be taking during Relief Society not to alienate those without children or whose children have strayed (imo).
David O. McKay said that a “beautiful, modest, gracious woman is creation’s masterpiece.”

You’ve checked out the Camp theme section in the activities table, right? One sister submitted nearly a dozen new themed ideas.
And here is the mutual theme page, with information relating to the theme. I especially like the information about the word “garnish” I dropped in here.

You’re doing exactly the right thing — read the manuals and don’t panic, or at least panic as little as possible!
If you have questions about your calling, feel free to ask the Stake Enrichment leader for help — they typically love to train and give advice. Your old counselor might be a great resource as well, and certainly your other presidency members will be of great help to you as you plan your activities.
And pray, as always, knowing you have received the right to receive inspiration relating to this calling. You can do it!

Thanks for your message, Elida. I am glad you are enjoying the website, and no, I don’t speak Portuguese — sorry! I don’t have anything for this year’s mutual theme that is for combined YW and YM. If you find or write something, be sure to let us know so that we can share!

:) That was a typo from the OCR software. It should read “happy”. I fixed it above.

The theme and scripture is easy — just use the one for this year’s mutual theme– D&C 121:45: “Let virtue garnish thy thoughts…”
There are Virtue products here, and more ideas relating to that theme here.
Good luck!

The following website, Liahona.net:
has lots of music for download in languages other than English.

I can’t find any more information on this for you other than what’s on the ywconnection website. The problem with that site is that much of it is very old information. The last LDS music I can see online by Kevin Holgate, Marci’s co-artist, was written in 1997. I’m sure that’s why your email address is bad. It’s probably over 10 years old.
You can try this email address, [email protected] , so see if there’s any more information.

Consider the Mormon Clue game. It was actually created for a singles ward as I recall…

You can’t edit PDF files without Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, or PhotoShop. If you’re hung up on typing (writing _is_ easier, btw), you can download the JPG or GIF version, plug it into a Word doc or into your favorite graphics editor and type over that.

You’re talking about the totally cute Mini Missionaries….
