Manual Printing Problem at LDS.org

One of the members of our YW Presidency told me she was having a problem with portions of the Young Women manuals not printing correctly when printed from the new LDS.org. The case studies were missing — makes it a little difficult to teach a lesson without those!

I have checked the website and verified that this isn’t a problem with her printer or browser. This is being caused by an error with the content of the lesson manuals online on the NEW site only.

I’ve reported the error at https://tech.lds.org/forum/showthread.php?7711-Portions-of-online-lesson-manuals-not-displaying-at-new-LDS.org-site, and I’ll check later in the week to see what they suggest.

But, here’s the workaround if you need to print the lesson manuals from the website:

1) Go to http://lds.org/manual/young-women-manual-3?lang=eng
2) Find your lesson in the list
3) Click on the PDF icon for that lesson in the far right column.
4) Print

This method will NOT include the helpful lesson tips found in the right column of the new lesson page, but it will include the full content of the lesson as it appears in the manual.

(Note that my YW lesson pages are not affected by this problem since they link to the old gospel library at library.lds.org.)

Please help fix the YW lesson problem — LDS.org still hasn’t fixed this data error. You can help by reporting it by clicking the blue “Feedback” link at the bottom right hand side of the page below and telling them that the case studies aren’t being displayed in these lessons.
