In short, if you are physically and spiritually able, don’t wait to have children. Don’t wait for a large bank account or college graduation — fulfill your temple covenants and have children, as many as you can.

It’s terrifying, yes, to have children when you’re just not 100% sure that you’re monetarily able or if you will have the time to be a good parent while you’re in school. It is a difficult leap of faith, and I believe those that follow counsel to have children, when such a decision is confirmed by prayer and fasting, will be blessed.
