I agree — aim local for humanitarian aid.  Otherwise, costs of shipping and transportation can be prohibitive.  Your local community definitely needs help.

I don't know of a spreadsheet, but I'd just use the church's calendar system for this.  All you have to do is enter women's names once, and set it to repeat every 3 months.  *poof* all done.

If you're looking to track actual visits instead of just creating a reminder system, you would export all the sisters' names from MLS as a comma separated file (ask your unit clerk — if he can't do it, tell him it really can be done and get him to find someone who can help you).  Import those files and then enter the dates visits were completed in successive columns.  If you upload your spreadsheet to Google docs every member of the presidency can update it.

Nope.  I've had the misfortune of dealing with comment spam from companies hired to increase SE rank for this particular company before, and I am not interested in aligning myself with you.

Of course. Non profit use is perfectly acceptable, and I hope your girls enjoy the craft.

Yes, the module we used to create those weblinks hasn't got a stable version for use with the version of software I'm running.  I've tried to fix it in a variety of ways, but nothing so far….

You can copy/paste the link into your browser URL to visit the sites.

I wonder if this is something old that no longer exists.  We have frequent references in the Seminary manual to video collections that no longer exist….

Ha — you already said that.

What are your goals for the camp?  Are you trying to pass off certain items from the book?  Are you team building?  Do you have a theme?  Who can help?  Indoors or outdoors?  How long do you have to plan?  How many days is the camp?

Are you planning an event for boys and girls or just cub scouts?

I doubt this exists.  I can help you have custom charms made for about $2.50 each if interested, but generally theme items this specific just don't exist — I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. :(

Try an object lesson on unity or another topic.
