Is there a set value color to go with a month?

Do you mean are values assigned monthly by the YW General Board? Not to my knowledge. If values were assigned to a particular month, it’d be published in the New Era in the What’s In It For You section, and probably in the Resource Guide.

Many units do assign a particular value to help YW focus on their Personal Progress each month. During Opening Exercises, they sometimes include memorizing the scripture associated with that value, changing tablecloths to value colors, a short weekly presentation by a leader or young woman on a value, a challenge to complete a Value Experience for that value during the month, or many other things.

The Resource Guide (published in the Conference editions of the Liahona or Ensign) has Value Experiences suggested for many of the weekly YW lessons. You could use those to help you choose which value to focus on in a given month, so that your Personal Progress focus and lessons reinforce each other.

But as far as there being a church-wide assignment of values to each month — I don’t know of any.
