What did happen with my order?

I did order some stickers in January 1st, and I don't have them yet. When I went to track that my order, they say is pending. I did check with my bank account and I don't see any charge of it. What was the problem?

Sorry, it's my first time shoping here and I don't know what I did wrong.

I would apprecieate your help please. I was planning to give some of those stickers this week.
