ParticipantI guess you saw this post:
http://www.mormonshare.com/node/7058You can get lots of ideas for Women’s Conferences from the BYU Women’s Conference section here:
http://www.mormonshare.com/relief-society/womens-conference-virtual-sharing-stations.phpMost Women’s Conferences seem to follow the mini-class format. Do you have a theme for your conference?

ParticipantMy secretary (stake R.S.) and I want to know if the quarterly–yearly activity reports from the wards and then compiled and submitted to the stake historian have been done away with. We found nothing written in the new manual.

ParticipantExcellent question. The word “historian” does not appear in Book 2 of the new handbooks at all. The word “history” only appears as relates to family history work. The stake historian is not listed (or even hinted at) as a specialist calling in Book 2’s Stake section, either.
If I were you I’d ask this question of a Stake leader so it can be passed up the food chain for clarification.
