Old Testament Reading Summary

As a recently called seminary teacher, I did a lot of online searching for resources and helps. I found a 6-page chart listing each of the chapters in the student reading assignment, a “Subject of chapters” column (a brief synopsis each chapter) and a column to indicate the reading was ‘Done’. I shared the first 2 pages (through Numbers 9) with the students to aid in a review discussion, have had requests for the additional pages, and cannot locate the document again. Does anyone know where I can find this?
