Second Counsellor just means that you are second in line after the RS president. You will be the second person called in an emergency, or you will be the second person called to attend a meeting in her place if the first counsellor can not attend.

Second counsellor can be either education or enrichment counsellor or something different at the discretion of the Relief Society president and bishop, branch/mission/district president. A third counsellor could even be called, if needed. There’s lots of flexibility in these callings and their assignments, we just typically follow the same pattern.

As far as teaching, since you’re in a micro unit it is very likely you’ll be teaching at least once per month because you probably don’t have the personnel (or possibly experienced people) to have additional teachers called. It’s not really THAT unusual. Even when I was Education counsellor in my BeltBuckleOfUtah Ward, sometimes I taught twice a month because my RSP didn’t want us to use members to sub.

If your unit is very new or combines RS with YW, you may be teaching from Latter-day Saint Woman A or B instead of the Joseph Smith manuals.

Enrichment is held quarterly, unless leadership in the area determines that a different schedule is to be preferred. You can find this information stated on the Church’s Enrichment FAQ at LDS.org –> Serving in the Church –> Relief Society.
