Items cut off when printing…

Some printers have different margins. It’s likely that your printer’s margins are just different than the document’s creator’s.

Somewhere in your print dialog (the window that pops up after you choose File–>Print), there is a “Fit on Page” option. It’s usually under the Preferences or Options or Advanced buttons in Windows. That will force the image or document to print inside your printer’s margins.
