How to down load a files

I wanted to download the lessons that go along with

Super Fast and Easy Family Home Evening Lesson Book Craft

 

But the when I clicked on the icon, it did not show a file. Do you need to log in to access the downloadable files or is this particular file missing or broken?

I am having the same problem with the page LDS Primary-avoiding age related bahavior problems.I want to access the files but nothing happenswhen I click on it….?
