Hi everyone!
I’m really hoping you can help me. A few weeks ago I heard a broadcast of a fireside given in the late 70’s. I think it was by a Brother Yorgason. It talks about a young woman receiving dog food as a gift from her fellow young women. I want to use it in my lesson in a few weeks. If anyone knows where I could get a copy of the fireside or knows the story please help!!!

I found the answer to my question after a long time searching and some help from some very nice people, including Brother Yorgason. The story dog food appears in a book he and his brother wrote titled “Others”. It was written in the late 70’s and has been out of print for a long time. But, I was able to find a copy of the book thankfully, at the library. So I just thought I’d let you know in case someone else was searching for this wonderful story.

Thank you for posting that you had found the story. I am also looking for that story. I heard it on tape and I think it was called “Caring and Sharing” by the Yorgasons, but I lost that cassette a LONG time ago. I was struggling to find any other resource for the story. We are doing an activity called the Paper Bag Princess (I guess there is a story book called that) on self-esteem for our Young Women’s group.

Could anyone suggest where I could get a copy of the talk entitled you only live once. I had it on cassette for many years and the cover had the silhouette of a man cliff diving If anyone knows this talk and can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I love this talk! one Sunday night I was looking for a good song on the radio when I turned to a station with this talk and thought I would keep listening, I have been looking for it for a very long time because I really needed to hear this at the time and I wanted it on paper so I could remember it in looking into the book!

I am looking for a talk tape by Bro Yorgason. The tape starts by him talking about how he lost part of a tooth at he beginning of a meeting and it goes on the talk about sanctification. If anyone could help me find this tape I would really appreciate it.

Whoever posted the caring mp3 – thank you!!! I need the other talk on the tape – sharing. Do you have that on mp3 also? My dad is Blaine Yorgason and our family would really like these talks.
