      Our stake hasn't recognized the girls that have certified all 4 years at girls camp for a long time. I want to start doing that – at least for our ward. The church used to have little boxes, but doesn't any more. What would be a good incentive for our girls to certify for all 4 years? The girls nor the leaders seem to think it is important.
