There are a few stores in SLC that used to have them. Provo Craft, Bakers Cash has Boise,Bountiful, Idaho Falls, Jordan R. Logan,Provo, San Diego, Vernal and Carry, Cotton Press.com has terra cotta molds for LA, Nauvoo, Protland and SLC.
