hi Sis. Jenny..I don't know where to find the answer for my question..I just think that maybe you or any one can answer this..Are valiant and CTR teachers allowed to teach sharing time aside from the Primary Presidency??  I've read the handbook of instructions but it doesn't specifically say that teachers are not allowed to teach…Thank you so much..

No, classroom teachers should not be teaching Primary.  This question has been discussed extensively here:

Handbook section 11.4.2 point 3 states that gospel instruction is done by the Primary Presidency.  The handbook doesn't list all the callings of people who should not be teaching, like visiting teaching coordinator, Laurel class secretary, or Young Men advisor, but it does state that teaching is done by the Primary presidency.

Here's why the "it doesn't say we can't" reasoning doesn't work.  Think about the problems with this statment:  "the handbook doesn't say that primary teachers should not be conducting sacrament services; therefore, primary teachers can conduct sacrament services."  See the problem?  The handbook doesn't list all the people who shouldn't be teaching, instead it includes a list of those who should.

It should be noted that secretaries are not part of the presidency and are not included in teaching rotations.
