1 Nephi 19:7 tells us that some people trample under their feet the Lord and his commandments.
How do they do this?
By refusing to to hearken to the Lord’s counsel and believing the things He says are not important.
I passed out FTSOY (For The Strength Of Youth) books and had them each:
*Pick a topic
*Tell us how people trample it under their feet
*How they can keep it sacred
*How to make it work in their lives
I love how they can get a good discussion going. 
He even used out Book of Mormon timeline for his explanation!
