The Facilities maintenance headquarters for the stake was in this building. When I saw this sign promoting the blessings of church cleaning, I just had to share.
I had my activity day girls cut out and color these paper plate lamps. Fold plate in half and cut basic shape. Use staples to secure. Color one oil drop as a flame and staple on. The lesson I used is an adaptation from a primary lesson (Lesson 25: Parable of the Ten Virgins,” Primary 7: New Testament, 83).
We have been working on teaching our Primary children the importance of reverence. It has been difficult to come up with things that both Junior and Senior Primary can understand. We came up with “Millie the Church Mouse”. She is a small mouse that is hidden in the Primary room before church. Attached to her is always a new message for the children.
