Dear Fellow Primary writer,
Greetings and bless your heart!
This program is a wonderful experience to write, but let’s face it – it’s a big assignment. The kind of assignment that when it’s completed, entitles the writer to a parade and/or a very large party involving abundant amounts of chocolate!
I was asked to write the program less than a month ago when I received my calling in the Primary. Whew! When I took a look at the Church’s outline, I knew I’d be okay. What a wonderful outline! I decided to closely follow the outline for our medium-sized primary and it worked really well for us.
I also used help from other fabulous sisters who shared the programs they’ve written on the internet. I used a portion of the poem that a lot of them are using. That was a great find! Thank you, especially to the Sugardoodle site.
This program is very simple and my hopes are that it will help someone out there who may need a little boost like I did.
So grab your chocolate and ignore the clock and imagine those cute little sunbeams hanging off the podium, making faces and singing those beautiful songs.
