Here are some notes I jotted down about each:
1. Be Dedicated – all leaders attend all meetings
2. Be Enthusiastic – nothing makes things happens as fast or as well as enthusiasm
3. Be Dependable – follow through, be consistent
4. Be Positive – negativity breeds failure
5. Be Honest and Fair – others will trust and follow you
6. Be Kind, Helpful, and Loyal – when you help another climb, you get there yourself
7. Be a Fun-maker – when you enjoy your work, you do a better job
