One of the things we have done with our ward is to ask our RS sisters to sign up for anything they would be willing to share or teach the young women.
This is also a great way for our girls to get to know our Relief Society sisters.
It also helps by taking some of the pressure off of us- Thinking we have to know everything.
It has been great for our girls, we have higher activity when they are learning things they are interested in.
I love this because during a presidency meeting the girls look through the list and see if their is anything they would like to do or learn.
