    10 Ways to relieve stress

    1) Pray – talk to Heavenly Father about your troubles (He has all the answers).
    2) Read the scriptures – enjoy the peaceful feelings you receive from reading the good news of the Gospel.
    3) Laugh – watch a funny video and laugh!
    4) Cry – it is perfectly fine and healthy to cry.
    5) Excercise – go for a simple ten minute walk.
    6) Music – Listen to some upbeat music or dance.
    7) Talk – share your cares with a trusted friend.
    8) Clean – boost your spirits by making something shine.
    9) Serve – helping someone else really makes you appreciate what you have.
    10) Repent – admit when you’re wrong and ask forgiveness if you’ve been unkind.
