YSA conference – need help with speaker topics

My ward is sponsoring a YSA conference in January, and I’ve borrowed the mutual theme from teh past year of “Arise and Shine Forth” D&C 115:5. We’ve planned time for about 3 speakers (30 minutes each) to speak in a rotating workshop on that Saturday. as well as at least 2 speakers on Sunday. I’m in need of help thinking up topics to have them speak on. I wanted more life applications on Saturday, and Sunday of course, will be more spiritual topics.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I’d appreciate any thoughts you have! what makes us a light to others? How can we improve our life and become that Standard that we speak about?
