Train

The object is to move to the front of the train. Make a train by arranging chairs unto columns of two’s so that each row has only two chairs in it. The students compete only against the person sitting next to them, and all students will be chasing simultaneously.

The teacher gives clues and announces “chase”.

When the students locate the scripture they hold their book above their heads and the teacher checks it for accuracy.

In each row there will be a “winner” or student who found the scripture first. The teacher then has everyone move. Those who were winners move up a row; the other student in the pair moves back a row. Everyone will be changing seats (except the front row “winner” and the back row “non-winner”.
