We use this form when we submit a name for a calling to the Bishopric. It’s a good way to make sure that callings are handled quickly, and it helps the bishop describe what a calling entails even though he may not have any experience in that position. It also helps leaders ensure that people are set apart and sustained for callings. 2 per page
