Kim A. says, “Here is an idea I used for a Stake YW Leadership Training.” Uses 3 T’s or t-shirts to teach a leadership emphasis on transition, testimony, and temple. Might make a cute mutual activity, if you had the girls make or decorate t-shirts. 1 pages, 8.5 x 11 inches, color.

This handout is good for giving to class presidency members: Effective Class Presidency Meetings: 1. Start on time with prayer. 2. Be held on a regular basis. 3. Have an agenda or calendar for all members of the presidency to take notes on. 4. Include leadership training by the leader (see the Leadership Handbook for suggestions). 5. Each member of the presidency takes turns conducting the meeting. 6. Review the…

Kim A. says, “I attached a program I compiled for a mutual night activity, it could be adopted to be a YW New Beginnings.” Uses an ant theme like “excell-ants” or “obedie-ants” to teach valuable leadership characteristics. I think this would make a good leadership lesson theme or could possibly be adapted for YW in Excellence. 3 pages, 8.5 x 11 inches, color.

I have just been called as Young Women secretary, and this is the agenda form that we use. Each week the girls get a different spiritual thought-type message, depending on the week of the month it is. This is noted at the bottom of the page. Princess for a day: each of the girls have filled out a form with information about themselves. The girl conducting reads off some of…

I have Article of Faith 1 & 2 for Jan 2 & 3 for Feb and then March = 4 etc so that all 13 could be covered. So you may choose to change that. :) Hope it helps. We have plastic rolls so I just…

Each page of this twelve page PDF says the name of the month in a cute seasonal font. Print the pages to place a small photo of the people having birthdays in that month, or to write in the names and birthdates of people in your organization. This file is also available in a black and white version. Click on the birthdays link below to find it.

These documents are for the 9am church schedule and assume the combined exercises are at the beginning of the first hour of primary. By performing a “find” and “replace” in MS Word, the time can be changed easily to adapt to any schedule. It changes all 120 instances at once. That is how I change the date, time and theme each year. It makes it go very quickly and reduces…
