This handout was created by Shauna Millett to accompany a Stake Women’s Conference. The topic of her lesson was Raising a Family in Troubled Times. She put a special emphasis on comforting quotes from Church leaders regarding wayward children, and also kept the lesson upbeat by inviting sisters to discuss both challenges and blessings they experience by living in the Dispensation of the Fulness of Times.
This document has several quotes and instructions that I’ve collected from Teaching, No Greater Call, Teachings of the Presidents of the Church, and the BYU Women’s Conference Overcoming Roadblocks to Visiting Teaching exhibit. This would make a good handout at a VT convention. PDF or RTF (for you to edit in your word processor).
Even better than last year’s calendar, this calendar has Church history information, the birthdates of the latter-day prophets with thumbnail images, General conference dates, and major US holiday dates.
