The YW torch in outline with areas to fill in to recognize anything you are trying to encourage the YW to achieve (Personal Progress, bringing their scriptures to class, participating in opening exercises etc.) I am using it at YW camp to encourage each cabin group to do all the things that make camp run smoothly.
