Young Women in Excellence

I am having trouble accessing the files under the Young Women in Excellence tab.  When I click on the link, it takes me to a page which gives handbook instructions on how to hold YWIE, but nothing else.  I am specifically looking for files I saw about a week ago relating to "The Worth of Soles."

I can't reproduce this error either logged in or out.  You might have happened to hit the page while I was updating it the other day.
