What is the theme that the Young Women recite?

The young women come to our Relief Society once a month and a theme is recited from memory. I don't know it and where can I find it? I've look on the LDS.org, this site and the Idea Door and I can't find it. I would like a copy of it so I can take it with me to Relief Society and learn mor about it and perhaps memorize it.
