Mia Maid Conference?

Hi all!

I was just called as the 1st counselor in the stake and was told that
we have a Mia Maid conference the first weekend in June and all I have
is my adult leader in charge and the MM YW president who was just
called on Sunday!

There have been no meetings, no planning or choosing of a scripture/ theme for the event. This is the first time our stake is doing
this so I have no template to go by.

We are in the process of talking to our MM president and teaching her
how to call her 2 counselors and secretary so we can get those yw
called and get a meeting scheduled ASAP!

Would anyone out there have any ideas of where to start or what to do?
This will be a 2 day event.

The theme and scripture is easy — just use the one for this year’s mutual theme– D&C 121:45: “Let virtue garnish thy thoughts…”
