  Hi can I pay you for the turquoise download so I can make it bigger to print on a 81/2×11 sheet of cardstock? I want to put Youth Conference info on it to put in all of the ward/branches

  No, you can't pay me for the image, because I won't sell images of Christ.
  
  If you're looking to make a poster, I recommend that you just download the image from the site. Don't resize it and risk pixelization, but then fill the background of your desired poster with the same background color and include your text on top of the newly created empty blue field.
