Perfecting the Saints — One Lesson at a Time
I’ve spent the evening importing primary talks from a previous version of the website, and learned quite a bit about this new content management system. Let’s just hope I can remember it all tomorrow when I go to import a bunch of other items.
Yesterday was the third day of summer break. I’ve been working with the kids on some of the things they should be doing better at school — namely written expression for ds and more math practice for dd. I let them do a couple of worksheets and a page of writing each day, plus they practice piano and we read scriptures and are almost finished memorizing the Articles of Faith….

2003 Theme: “Be Steadfast in Christ” “Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men” (2 Nephi 31:20; see also For the Strength of Youth, 40-42).
2002 Theme: “Stand Ye in Holy Places” “Stand Ye in Holy Places” (see D&C 87:8). Before 2002….. 2002 was the first year that there was a mutual theme announced by headquarters, and that theme was announced in December of 2001 in the Guidebook for Parents and Leaders of Youth. The theme is intended to help youth leaders focus their activities during each year.
