Crazy is my version of the Seminary report card. It may or may not be useful to you. In order to generate or update report cards, just click on the blue button on the “Roll and SM” chart. This spreadsheet removes one of the steps of keeping records in Seminary, which means now I only have duplicate data records (this sheet and CSTAR) instead triplicate. This form also calculates data based on grading period, as required by the Seminary handbook. That’s something that CSTAR does not do. This file was created in Open Office (free download, also found on the computers in your clerk’s office) Crazy tracks scripture mastery in two ways, daily reading and assignments, and has a flexible grade period reporting. It’s based on the E-Roll files, but I deleted out the junk I didn’t need and added stuff I did need plus the grade period information. This file uses a macro to generate report cards. Don’t panic when you get the warning. If it’s not working for you, be sure that you have macros enabled.
E-ROLL – This is the versions of this report card that SI gave us. They’re both more and less than I needed. This report card DOES NOT keep you from having to record your data in triplicate (your personal records, your report cards, CSTAR, and any SI reporting). The monthly forms do help you enter CSTAR data much more quickly, but they do not have any provision for entering grading period data. Check out the crazy file for ideas on how to calculate quarterly data. These files have some written instructions. My file doesn’t.
