    – Part 1 – (before I quit) 09-07-2004

    ” The Word of Wisdom “

    The Word of Wisdom, holds me down –
    It pins my Spirit, to the ground.
    This Commandment came down, from God up top –
    But still it seems, I cannot stop !
    I live my life, as a Mormon should –
    I love my neighbor, and do what’s good.
    I go to church, fast and pray –
    I live the Commandments, every day…

    But when I decide, to put the tobacco away –
    There always is, another delay:
    “First thing tomorrow,â€
