Pumpkin Bread Recipe

I got this pumpkin bread recipe from my friend Susan. It is hands-down the best pumpkin bread I’ve ever had. If you make it for friends, you can include the Being Human is like being a Pumpkin poem.

Pumpkin Bread

Mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
3 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup oil

Then add
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix well and pour into greased loaf pans.

Topping:

Mix
1/3 cup nuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Sprinkle topping on the top of the pumpkin bread.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until done.
