2013 I am a Child of God Primary Monthly Theme Classroom Posters

While my internet was down this morning, I created classroom posters for each of the Primary monthly themes.  These will print on 8.5x11 inch paper so as not to violate any bulletin board limitations, and the text is large enough to be seen from the rear of even large classrooms.

Music to "I love my land, America"

I have looked without success on the internet and also lds.org for the music to "I love my land, America". I taught the song maybe 20 years ago but gave all my music to the next Primary music leader. I haven't anything to use to teach it. I f you know where I can get this music I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible. Thanks Jana at [email protected]

Can't find music to song "Teach me the gospel"

I have been unable to find the music for a song that I sung in the mission field (1992-1994) in the Indiana Indianapolis Mission. The song is a duet, one part being that of the investigator and the other part being that sung by a missionary. Some of the words are, "Teach to me the gospel....teach me how to pray...teach me how to hear the Spirit's voice and to find the narrow way....."

Comprehensive List of Changes to LDS Programs as per CHI Book 2

I've said it before, the new Church Handbook of Instructions is GENIUS! Now it's time to make a simple list of essential changes to programs to aid you in your leadership training events.

Activities

Standing activities committees have been eliminated. Activities are instead planned by the ward council and then assignments are delegated to members/quorums/auxiliaries. If a meeting is for just one group (like Young Women or Primary) the leaders of that group carry out the activity after discussion with the ward council and description of a need.

I'm looking for ideas for Relief Society Practice time. I don't want to do a hymn every week. I'm aware there have been songs written about visiting teaching and food storage and put to hymns, but can't find them. I'm open to all ideas! Thanks!!!!

2010 LDS Primary Theme: I Know My Savior Lives

The 2010 Primary Theme has been released: "I Know My Savior lives". The new book is an improvement over years past -- you'll be excited when you see it! It's written much like Preach My Gospel.
