Would you happen to know what is the font used? My son received a new scripture bag from his Sunbeam teacher for Christmas that has a slot to insert a name tag so I was planning to make him an Elder tag with the CTR logo on it as well but would like to be able to match the font as close as possible to make it look correct.

The Church uses a special typeface created just for their use. This isn't the official logo by any stretch.
Creating a version of the Church's logo for use on items is now prohibited in the new handbook. In fact, using a handmade version of Church's logo on items -- even quasi-official things like the weekly programs -- is prohibited in the new handbook.
