Rachel L. shared this handout and says: “This handout was made based on Young Women’s manual 2, Lesson 29: Exaltation. It is titled “The Gift of Exaltation” and includes an image of a wrapped gift with two scriptures from the lesson, which are D&C 14:7 and 1 Corinthians 2:9. Six handouts per page. Available in DOC or PDF. Prints beautifully on glossy photo paper.” Thanks, Rachel!

I used these files in different wards to help the presidency keep track of the lesson schedule. One president asked me to make music assignments and provide a copy to each of the two pianists in that ward. The other ward was smaller and newly formed, so the president just wanted a simple lesson schedule to help out until advisors could be called.

I created this spreadsheet to help the young women and leaders in our ward to quickly be able to determine which value experiences were available for lessons, activities, and/or personal fulfillment. It includes a brief description of each experience’s goal, what reading materials are needed, who/how to discuss or share the principle explored, if journaling is needed, and an approximate time frame to accomplish the goal. It is nothing fancy,…

Kim A says, “This could be used for a New Beginnings or a Young Women In Excellence. We decorated with a garden theme, brought in a birdbath, garden arch and lots of ivy and silk flowers everywhere. We also did the usual thing of dragging in the ficus trees from the foyer into our room. 2 weeks before we called and asked each father (or mother) to please think of…

I created this stationery from items in the LDS Digital Scrapbooking section. It has lines with the flower corner border and text elements from the YW theme. It was created for use with the personal progress booklet so that young women to write their experiences, but it is generic enough to be used for class letters to missionaries or other notes. If you make something awesome with these elements, please…

We made up this skit for Super Saturday 2009 followed by a Christmas song. The skit reminds us in a humorous way of the things we can do to keep Christ in Christmas. A lot of people in our area are bilingual so the “mas”at the beginning of the play goes in Christmas. You can insert names of people in your ward to personalize it.

Flipping through the Personal Progress book for a particular expereince has always frustrated and confused me. Attached is my attempt to organize the info for myself and for my young Women. The file can be printed and inserted into the Personal Progress booklet. Perhaps it will help others whose brains think best in spreadsheet format! Marilyn Dickson Manito Ward, Spokane WA Stake
