Perfecting the Saints — One Lesson at a Time
This birthday calendar is great for secretaries and class presidencies. Just write in the names and birthdates and use the 6 month calendar to keep track of them all on one handy sheet. 2 pages, color, 8.5×11 inches.
This is another user submitted file with a list of all the pictures in the manual along with the Church library number, the manual’s number, and the Gospel Art Picture Kit number.
This agenda form is for Enrichment Meetings and features a spot for an Emergency Preparedness message, suggestions for time spent on each segment of the meeting, and a reminder to thank those who helped during the meeting. The “lesson” segment has been removed so this agenda will be current with the new 2006 Enrichment guidelines.
This is a user-submitted file that has a list of EVERY single picture and cut-out in the Primary 1 (Nursery and Sunbeam) Manual, along with it’s corresponding lessons, Church Library Number, and corresponding image in the Gospel Art Picture Kit! This fabulous list makes an invaluable resource for teachers and church librarians that make packets up for each Primary lesson (my mother-in-law’s ward does this).
This weekly YW Opening Exercises Agenda form was submitted by Beverly R. It has blanks for weekly assignments to fill out and for the Laurel president to use while she conducts.
This one month per page planning calendar is great for secretaries and class presidencies. It has pictures and birth dates for all the prophets and notes major church history events. 12 pages, black and white, 8.5×11 inches.
In my duties as Young Women secretary, I maintained our “Scrabble Board”. It’s a simple table to help keep Young Women and Young Men leaders on the same page regarding who is in charge of what activity during each month.
This great file was submitted by Katie B. She says “Here is an assignment sheet that we place in the class rolls. The teacher gives each child their assignment to take home and leaves the top part in the roll for the secretary to follow up on later in the week.” 1 page, black and white, 8 1/2 x 11 inches.
Even better than last year’s calendar, this calendar has Church history information, the birthdates of the latter-day prophets with thumbnail images, General conference dates, and major US holiday dates. I’m publishing this file as a PDF, Word .doc file, and .rtf file (which should open in any word processor) so that you can edit this file with your own information as needed. 12 pps.
This is a personal progress tracking sheet I found by “L. Moore” at YoungWomen.Faithweb.com. I created a PDF out of the file so that everyone, regardless of word processing software, can use it.
This handout was submitted by Lindsay S. to accompany lessons on women’s teaching. Would make a good outline for a short leadership training on teaching with love. Grayscale, 2 per page
Pamela VW. submitted this document that her unit uses to spotlight Primary Children, called Getting to Know You. She says, “I used clipart from your website to make the following form to spotlight our Primary Children. It is short and sweet and focuses on family and the Scriptures.” This .doc file uses a font called BaaBookHmk, which can be dowloaded here.
