Each page of this twelve page PDF says the name of the month in a cute seasonal font. Print the pages to place a small photo of the people having birthdays in that month, or to write in the names and birthdates of people in your organization. Kim A. says, “I attached a program I compiled for a mutual night activity, it could be adopted to be a YW New Beginnings.” Uses an ant theme like “excell-ants” or “obedie-ants” to teach valuable leadership characteristics. 2009 talk, script etc – reminders in EXCEL – with each month done – the scripture etc. The theme for each month typed out. Keep track of birthdays in your organization with this handy two page calendar. There’s space for you to write in birthdays of those in your stewardship, and has a 6 month calendar on each page, to help with organization. Photocopy and give copies to your Auxilliary or Class Presidency members.

These documents are for the 9am church schedule and assume the combined exercises are at the beginning of the first hour of primary. By performing a “find” and “replace” in MS Word, the time can be changed easily to adapt to any schedule. It changes all 120 instances at once.
