I am the Primary secretary in my ward. Is anyone else working on next year’s stuff. I am in the middle of creating booklets of info for all of the teachers and presidency. They like to have it all planned out one year ahead of time. The hardest part, so far, has been getting the reports from the executive secretary. How I will get it all done during the holidays, I just don’t know.

Someone posted a worksheet for planning Sharing Time for the 2006 theme. I hope it helps you:

I also have an advertiser that has a product that might help you with your reports. It’s called LDS Auxilliary Assistant, and he says it is really helpful for secretaries that want to generate reports from home. He’s got it discounted for Christmas to just $9.95 and will also refund your money if it won’t work for you.

I haven’t used it myself, but I’ve heard it’s a pretty good product!

A librarian submitted her Primary Picture lists to the database just yesterday. They have the manual’s picture number, along with the church library art number and Gospel Art Picture Kit numbers.

    Thanks Jenny for the suggestions!

I have the templates from the previous secretary and they are helpful. Still, I end up re-typing a lot of information. This the first time I have served in this capacity and I think this is the hardest part of the calling. Oh and being a child wrangler on Sundays.
