Emergency Form

M’Shelle D. has shared a number of files she created for use in her Cub Scout Wolf Den. This one is a “Wolf Den emergency form to be used in activity.” (I think it would be useful to use this form to collect information for any type of activity where children and youth are left at the church building.) Faith Factor Game
