Use this SLAMM poster to remind your students of good classroom behaviors. SLAMM is an acronym that stands for
S - Sit up
L - Look at the speaker
A - Apply the lesson to your life
M - Make relevant comments
M - Mark your scriptures
Great for any Church class!
I've created this acronym based on the popular SLANT (S - Sit Up, L - Learn Forward and Listen, A - Activate your thinking through Attention, N - Nod and Note Key Information, T - Track the Teacher with your Eyes) method used in many public schools. I hope it's helpful for other teachers.
