Seeking tracking system for visits to sisters

As RS Secretary, I am asked to track visits from the presidency.  Does anyone know of a document or spreadsheet that already exists to input sisters' names and dates?  It would be especially helpful if it could also project for future visits (for instance, every quarter each name ciruculates through).  Thank you!!

Survey questions to ask sisters about visiting teaching

Hi there.I was called a few months back to visiting teahing leader. We seem to have many sister who dont go out to do the watch care,i am wanting to put a simple survey together to ask what holds them back.not those words exactly though.

I know peoples lives are busy,mine is thats for sure.But how do i ask things with out offending?  I am wanting a few some questions to ask in a confidential survey,that they write down and pass to me,so then we can look at what the issues are and then address them in another meeting.

Sabbath Day Women Lesson Idea

I attended a great lesson on keeping the Sabbath Day holy, and afterwards asked the teacher for copy of her lesson.  I am publishing here just the attention-getter she used.

On the board, she put up signs with the names of 5 imaginary women, who represent how we may treat the Sabbath day.  She described each of the women briefly, while asking us to think about our own activities on the Sabbath.

Brigham Bucks

Brigham Bucks is the Seminary incentive program used by Seminary Mom, but you can use them for Seminary, Primary reverence incentives, youth activities, and much more.  Last year I used tickets for our March Madness auction, but this year I am using these bucks because tickets are just too expensive for my class of 16.  I'm hoping to laminate and reuse these Brigham Bucks next year.

This is the Relief Society logo.  There is not a good version online, so I had to invent one. 

This version is in black and white.

Multicolor also available.

Logotipo de la Sociedad de Socorro

A user asked about the Relief Society seal (logo) in Spanish.  I thought it would be easy to find, but as it turns out, there isn't an EPS version online that I could convert to JPG, so I made one for you.

I took the English version of the seal, altered the new 's', doubled it, added the little tail as best as I could see it from the terrible version at lds.org, and put in text that has the Relief Society motto.  This version is one I put together, and it does NOT have the correct font for the name of the society and the logo.  I had to fake it.  I think it is okay.

This is the 'ss' from the Relief Society Logo.  It is pretty, and it could be used on your Relief Society birthday party invitations or on a newsletter.
