Following is our list of LDS Scripture Mastery Games and Scripture Mastery Memorization Aids. LDS Seminary students and teachers can use these ideas to learn the scripture mastery scriptures more easily.

New Scripture Mastery Games-Only Database is Up!

I have just created a new library of scripture mastery games that I think will be very helpful to Seminary teachers. Games are organized by group size, preparation time, duration of play, and several other parameters.

The links below are very helpful, and don't ignore them, but you should know that they contain mostly links and printables, like flash cards, etc. Visit the scripture mastery game database if you're looking for SM games only.

108 Scripture Mastery Worksheets for Old and New Testament

Wow! This website has a PDF file of 108 scripture mastery activities you can use each morning as students are arriving for Seminary. Each has a place for students to mark their reading and several activities to help students learn and remember scripture mastery passages. If you let students use their SM cards at first, they can use these from the first day of class. Otherwise, you'll want to use these later in the year, after you've introduced all 25 passages.

Death Star Themed Scripture Mastery images

I blogged about this document earlier today, but I figured that no one would be interested in it -- just hours later I have some requests, so I will post this here.

I erased the names of my students on the chart. My chart measures 11x17 inches. I am also including a copy of the death star chart all alone so that you can create your own layout. It's called deathstar-sm.jpg. The eps can be resized to whichever size you want. If you don't know what an eps is, don't worry about it :)

Scripture Mastery Scriptures are 100 scriptures, 25 from each of the following books: the Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants, Old Testament, and New Testaments. LDS Seminary are expected to learn to locate each of those 100 scriptures during their 4 years of instruction. Memorization is not required, but suggested.
