Optimism versus Pessimism
One's attitude regarding circumstances and people depends upon their attitude and what they are looking for...positive things or negative things,
A woman with a beautiful rose garden has two neighbors...one an optimist and the other a pessimist.
She invites the optimist over to have cookies..the optimist looks out her large window and states: "what a beautiful rose garden you have", eats some cookies then leaves.
The neighbor then invites the pessimist over....She looks out the window and states,"your window certainly is dirty!"
It all depends upon what you are looking for in all people and circumstances.
