Personal Progress Monthly Interview Form

Annette H. shared this form that she describes thus: “The PP Monthly Interview Form is to be used by the Young Women’s Counselor in helping the Young Woman set Personal Progress goals for the month. The Counselor keeps a binder with taps for each Young Woman with that Young Woman’s everything tracker and monthly goal sheets. This information can be passed along to the next leader as the Young Woman advances. A new bookmark is given to each Young Woman monthly during the PP Interview to keep in her Personal Progress Book as a reminder of what she is working on for the month. I print these out on colorful card stock.”

She also says, “When our Young Woman complete the Personal Progress program they mentor a new Young Woman, setting up monthly or bi-monthly appointments to work on Value Experiences and Projects in addition to the monthly PP Interview by the leader. This helps both Young Woman and instills a sense of camaraderie. It has been a very successful program in our ward.”
