On a stake level, they asked each ward to invent a country name for their ward. We called ours the “chick republic”. We put some chicken wire around the camp and had an Easter egg as decorations, too. (We also used feathers … wouldn’t recommend it.) We came up with meanings for each letter in “chic”. We made a flag with 3 chicks on it (hear no evil, speak no evil, & see no evil). At the end, the stake gave each girl a t-shirt with the symbols from each ward on the back. It was great!
