Project Noah: Theme for Preparedness Activities

Jenny Smith's picture

Use the theme "It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark!" to promote your next food storage activity.

One ward created Project: Noah handbooks for each family. With the goal of encouraging families to focus on collecting items that will sustain life, they included a description of the importance of building food storage on the basics: beans, wheat, water, salt, sugar, powdered milk, and fats in each packet. It included a sheet to calculate how much of each item you need for your family. It also included an order form for the dry pack cannery.
